Terms of agreement
This agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, is concluded between the Internet store having an address on the Internet http://velo-forma.com/ hereinafter referred to as the “Internet store” or “Website”, and the user of the services of the online store, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer ". The agreement defines the conditions for the purchase of goods through the online store and the use of its services.
1.Main provisions:
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the online store at the time of placing the order. The buyer confirms his acceptance of the terms of the Agreement, when placing an order through the online store, by reading "If you send us an order, it means that you have read and accept the terms of the agreement and the security policy of our site" by clicking the "Checkout" button in the Basket section.
1.2. The Buyer can be any individual, regardless of its territorial location within the Russian Federation, as well as a citizen of any country in the world capable of paying for and accepting the ordered goods in the manner and on the terms established by this Agreement.
1.3. The online store reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.
2. Product information:
2.1. The product is presented in the online store through photo samples (photographic or graphic images of the product) and the original description, which are the property of the online store.
2.2. Each product (its image) is accompanied by a text description and price, if necessary - additional information in audio, video or graphic form.
2.3. At the request of the Buyer, the manager of the online store can provide additional information necessary from the point of view of the Buyer to make a decision to purchase the goods.
2.4. The price of the goods indicated in the online store may change unilaterally.
2.5. In the event of a change in the price of a product already ordered by the Buyer, the manager of the online store informs the Buyer as soon as possible (by WhatsApp, Viber, phone, Skype or e-mail) in order to receive an order confirmation or cancel it.
3. The procedure for purchasing goods:
3.1. The buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented in the online store. Details of placing and receiving an order can be found when placing an order.
3.2. After placing an order, a letter is sent to the Buyer's e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order with a list of selected goods and the total amount, including delivery for payment.
3.3. If the goods are not in stock, the manager of the online store is obliged to notify the Buyer about this in an additional letter or by calling the phone number specified in the order.
3.4. In the absence of goods, the Buyer may replace it with another one or refuse the order. In this case, the money previously paid for the goods is returned to the Buyer.
4. Delivery and acceptance-transfer of goods:

4.2. The possibility of a delivery option not described in the "Delivery Information" section is negotiated separately with the interested Buyer.
4.3. The costs of delivery of the goods are paid by the Buyer. With the exception of store promotions that provide for free delivery or by agreement with the manager of the online store.
5. Payment for goods:
5.1. Methods of payment for the goods are negotiated with the manager of the online store when placing an order. Also, with the manager of the online store it is possible to discuss other methods and terms of payment at the request of the Buyer.
6. Claims for goods/orders of inadequate quality:
6.1. You have the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving it.
6.2. If you refuse goods of good quality at the time of delivery, you pay the cost of delivery of goods in the amount of 400 rubles.
6.3. In case of return of goods of inadequate quality, the shipping cost for the return will be refunded to you after processing. Depending on your desire, the goods of inadequate quality can be replaced or the amount of money paid for the goods will be returned.
6.4. Under the goods of inadequate quality means goods with a clear defect.
6.5. The received goods must correspond to the description on the Site. The difference in design or design elements from those stated in the description on the Site is not a malfunction or non-functionality of the product.
6.6. Goods not subject to exchange or return: hosiery and underwear.
